Who we are

What we collect

We collect only what you type into our forms:

• Petitions: name, email, phone, location, date of birth, affiliation, and your written answers.
• House of Shu registrations: name, email, phone, location, time zone, and reading history.
• House keeper applications: name, email, phone, city, standing, and experience.
• Pilgrimage interest: name, email, phone, preferred year.
• Messages: name, email, subject, and message.
• Newsletter: email address and the page you subscribed from.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for profiling.

Why we hold it

To consider petitions, to send study materials and session links, to answer your messages, and to keep the roll of the Order. Date of birth is collected solely to confirm that petitioners are eighteen or older.

Where it is kept

Form submissions are stored in the Order's managed cloud database, encrypted in transit and at rest, and readable only by officers of the Order who need them. Petitions and interviews are treated as confidential.

How long we keep it

Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries are kept for two years. Petitions are kept for the duration of your association with the Order, and for [PRIVACY_RETENTION_PERIOD] after it ends.

Your rights

Write to learn@craftofamenra.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it erased. We will answer within thirty days. Depending on where you live you may also have a right to complain to a data protection authority.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. Any analytics used is limited to aggregate page counts: [ANALYTICS_PROVIDER].

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
