What the Order is
The Craft of Amen Ra is an independent initiatic and educational order. It claims no charter from and no recognition by any Grand Lodge or masonic obedience, and it is not affiliated with any such body. Membership here confers no standing in any other organisation.
Admission
Petitioners must be eighteen or older and must petition of their own free will. The Order may accept or decline any petition at its discretion and is not obliged to give reasons. Degrees are conferred in person, are earned, and are never sold.
Enrollment and refunds
The House of Shu is free. Where an enrollment fee applies it is payable only after a petition has been accepted, and it covers instruction and materials, not the conferral of any degree. Enrollment fees are refundable within [REFUND_WINDOW] of payment; after that they are non-refundable. Refund requests go to learn@craftofamenra.com.
Conduct
Members hold themselves to Ma'at. The Order may suspend or expel any member for dishonesty, harassment, misrepresentation of the Order, unauthorised disclosure of what was entrusted in confidence, or conduct that brings the Craft into disrepute.
Confidentiality
The studies published on this site are public. The rites, the internal proceedings of a Temple, and the affairs of individual members are not, and members undertake to keep them so.
Intellectual property
The text, marks, and motifs of this site belong to the Order unless otherwise credited. You may quote briefly with attribution; you may not reproduce the curriculum wholesale or present yourself as teaching on the Order's behalf.
No professional advice
The Order's teaching is historical, philosophical, and devotional. It is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Order is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from participation in its public studies. Travel undertaken on a pilgrimage is at the participant's own risk and subject to separate terms.
